History made at Basketball Carnival

Trinity College Beenleigh has created history by making the Quarter Finals  at the 2025 Marist Basketball Carnival in Melbourne in late March/early April.

The Open Girls finished in the Top 4 of Pool B and the Open Boys finished in the top two of Pool C to both qualify for the Quarter Finals.  

The Girls lost to eventual champions Lavalla Catholic College 58-50 before finishing 8th while the Boys lost to Catholic College Sale 38 to 32 before finishing 7th.

Congratulations to Harrison Oosterwaal and Felicity Sutherland for being judged Most Valuable Players by their team mates; Riley Buckley and Diaz Horne-Te Kura for winning the Spirit awards; and to Mikayla Taschke for being named in the Marist X Team.
