At Trinity College, we want to ensure a holistic and inclusive educational environment for every child. We realise and appreciate the tremendous opportunities a quality Catholic education provides, and hope to extend this to those in our community who do not have the means to provide this to their children. Would you consider a gift, large or small, toward giving a child in need the gift of a Catholic education?
Through support to the Mary MacKillop Brisbane Catholic School Access Fund (MacKillop Fund), our school is helping families from all walks of life, with different experiences of extreme hardship, trauma and financial devastation. What they share in common is a deep desire for their child to receive a Catholic education.
The MacKillop Fund is named in honour of Australia's first saint, St Mary of the Cross MacKillop, who spent a lifetime trying to make Catholic education available for the poor.
The bursary includes tuition (for either primary school or high school), textbooks, uniforms and local excursions. More information about how you can get involved is available on the Catholic Foundation website, or you can make a tax-deductible donation directly through the Catholic Foundation to give children in our local community a chance to fulfil their unique potential through a Mary MacKillop Bursary.
Information about eligibility and how to apply for a MacKillop Fund Bursary is available via the Catholic Foundation website.
